At Web-Systems the safety of our customers and staff is paramount. Given we are in a national lockdown our retail space has to remain closed for everyone’s safety. Since the Christmas break we have done our best to continue to operate and serve customers effectively however we need to make the following changes.
Just to remind everyone we offer the following during lockdown;
1. Click and Collect for online, telephone and email orders.
2. Dropping / Collecting repair items to/from our store has to be by appointment.
3. Items ordered from us can be shipped direct to your home address.
4. We offer consultation either by phone or online video connection if preferred.
Please follow these procedures so that we can ensure everyone’s safety.
Please also note from 11th January we will only be receiving / returning repairs and fulfilling orders on the following days;
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please note this is subject to change and we will keep all our customers up to date.
